All sales are final. KY Health Collective provides custom and hygiene-related products; therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed or delivered. If there is an error on our part (wrong item or defect), please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can offer a replacement at our discretion.
