Shipping policy
Shipping and Processing. KY Health Collective LLC ships orders within the United States and offers local delivery when available at checkout. Processing times depend on the type of product ordered. Ready-made items such as badge reels, glasses, and headbands usually ship within two to four business days, while handmade or personalized nursing caps and custom KyReels may require seven to ten business days because they are created specifically for each customer.
Order Tracking. Once an order has been prepared and handed to the carrier, customers receive a confirmation email with tracking information. The business is responsible for packaging items securely, but the carrier is responsible for delivery timelines and updates after the package is in transit.
Delivery Responsibility. Customers must provide accurate shipping addresses. KY Health Collective LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect addresses, apartment access issues, weather disruptions, or seasonal postal delays. If a package is returned to the sender, the customer may be required to pay for reshipment.
Local Delivery Option. For shoppers choosing local delivery, pickup instructions or drop-off windows are communicated by email or text. Items are released only after payment has cleared.
Damaged or Incorrect Items. If an item arrives damaged or the wrong product is sent, customers should make contact within forty-eight hours and provide photos so the business can offer a replacement when the issue is on our side.
Changes to Policy. Shipping rates, carriers, and processing times may change as the company grows. Continued use of the site and placement of orders means acceptance of the current shipping terms.
